RAH Concluded Legal Clinic for Law Students, equipping future lawyers practical skillsets

In translating our mission not only to serve our client needs, but to also further enhance our future lawyers in upcoming legal challenges, RAH is a proud partner in Legal Clinic initiated with the cooperation with Udayana University.

Legal Clinic was held every Tuesday and Wednesday for 5 weeks from April 23 to May 22, 2019. Legal Clinic participants are provided with practical matters that they will really need in after-graduate life. The matters were delivered by several speakers who are experienced in their fields.

Kadek Agus Sudiarawan, SH, MH, Partner at RAH (The House of Legal Experts) deliver matters on the technique of Legal Opinion Drafting and Contract Drafting, especially Collective Labor Agreements in industrial relations.

I Ketut Alit Priana Nusantara, SH, an experienced corporate lawyer in Bali who is also a Property Law Consultant, and Made Dwita, SH, a Notary who has experience dealing with diverse clients throughout his career delivering material on negotiation techniques.

Putu Diah Chandra Dewi, SH, MKn, a Notary who also has experience as an entrepreneur with various businesses outside the legal field delivered matters on the importance of character development and personality after graduating from college and entering the professional world.

Ir. Anak Agung Gde Putra, a Director and Founder of Bali Zoo shared his experience of going out of his comfort zone as a Civil Servant (PNS) to build his own business which has now won the Best Conservation Institution 2017 from the Minister of Environment and Forestry of Indonesia.

Finally, the final session of Legal Clinic was the matters on aspects of taxation in the contract and introduction to accounting from I Kadek Sumadi, SE, SH, M.Si, AK, CA has opened the horizons of participants that working in the field of law not only requires legal skills but other supporting skills is also needed.

In addition to the various materials above-mentioned, Legal Clinic participants were also introduced to the practice of trial directly at the Industrial Relations Court of Denpasar.
